Amaka is our Micro Twists wig collection; made of microtwists, these types of braids are known as million braids. They are natural looking wigs made with a lace base blending with the skin giving the illusion of braided hair.
This type of Amaka is a more affordable unit because it only allows for a single parting notably the centre/middle parting. You can, of course, just move her to the side but please note there maybe some asymmetry with the ends of the hair.
We recommend Amaka Closure 3-way parting if you want it more versatile and want to have the option to switch it up a little.
If you would like a certain colour and you cannot find it in the options, please send us an email regarding your choice of colours as the colours stated are simply the most requested. A picture reference would be great as well, so we know exactly what you want.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and it is recommended that you return your unit or extensions with a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost returns. Once we have received the unit or hair extension we will inspect it thoroughly to make sure the returns requirements are met, then the exchange or refund process would begin immediately.
Please note that for all refunds, we would issue a full refund for the price of the unit and the refund issued would not include the prices paid for additional services such as shipping or customization.
For refunds applied in cases where there is no inaccuracy on our part but you just changed your mind on your order, we would issue a full refund as stated above but a 15% restocking fee would be deducted.
Orders returned for inaccuracy on the order placed would be looked into and amended accordingly and the exchange policy would be applied as deemed fit.

I have ordered braided wigs online previously and have been disappointed with what I ordered vs. what I received. I must be honest and say that I was anxious to order from another online store. The Amaka Closure Microtwists wig is a happy exception. I read and watched many reviews for this unit and other units sold by Anne Elise Braided Wigs - mostly positive - to assess the overall quality of the products sold by the company. This wig is well finished on the inside of the cap and there is no skimping in the twist spacing in the back or on the sides. I added an elastic band, bleached knots, and pre-shipment pictures to my order. I am glad I made this purchase and got the benefit of it being on sale. The twists are neat - I did not know that they could be done so tiny. The braiders that made this unit are exceedingly skilled and the cap maker did a great job also. The unit fits well and looks attractive on me. It has weight, but is not heavy and is comfortable to wear. I am satisfied with the price/value ratio and I would definitely order from them again.

The communication is excellent! However the wigs I received are too heavy. My order was for standard, but the wigs I received more like full. The workmanship is great, but they are too full.

Firstly, the customer service was superb!!! I've never experienced such professionalism. The company's response to my inquiries exceeded all of my expectations. The price point is affordable. The unit is truly outstanding. There are no gaps in the unit, each braid is identical to the other AND they're very neat. The twists look like they're coming out of my scalp. The cap fits better than any cap I've ever worn. It took six weeks to receive but it is well worth the wait!!!! When I received my unit, it all made sense. I felt awful for being so impatient after seeing my unit. They're truly the best in braided wigs who have ever done it. There are no words to express how pleased I am.

Overall i love the wig fits well, twist look great! well made, it looks like crochet braids to me. They are a little heavy but they are micro twist and nice thickness to it so that is to be expected.
