SHIPPING AND PROCESSING INFORMATION

                                  

All orders excluding the Amaka wig collection takes 4-7 days to be fully processed, the Amaka wig series takes 4-6 weeks for standard order time, however, we have additional options for express orders. All Anne Elise wigs that are made to order would require sufficient time (1-6 weeks depending on the unit) to ensure customer satisfaction. 

 

Domestic Shipping

Shipping for orders made within Lagos usually takes an additional 24hrs from processing time (4-7 days) to get delivered. However, if the unit is in stock and it is not a custom made unit order, same-day delivery is possible if order is placed before 2pm. If placed after 3pm, order might arrive the next business day.

 Shipping for orders outside Lagos but within Nigeria takes an additional 48hrs from processing time (4-7 days) to get delivered. Same day delivery not applicable for orders outside Lagos. 

 

 

International Shipping

Shipping for orders made from USA, UK and Canada are free and takes an additional 3-5 working days from processing time to get delivered. We also ship our products to about 150 different regions worldwide, which include other regions in North America, Europe and Africa.

A confirmation email would be sent to you once the parcel is on its way. Tracking info would be made available to you but please give 24hrs for tracking info to update in the system. The courier company used is DHL. Please do not leave P.O boxes as addresses as DHL does not deliver to P.O boxes, all parcels must be signed for, they would not leave your package at the door. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we are here to help.

Shipping Delays

It is in your best interest to not wait until last minute to place your orders. If you have a deadline or a specific time frame for when you would like your order available; please order well in advance to give room for unanticipated delays. The delivery estimate provided to you is based on the information received from our courier service. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather or carrier delays. Please bear in mind that holidays that fall on a business day would not be calculated as a business day and this should be applied when calculating shipping times. We entrust our courier service for on-time delivery and if by any chance, your package is delayed, there will be no reimbursement of shipping costs.

 

 

Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the common cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order and ensure ALL the information (address, apt#, Zip code etc.) needed to deliver your package has been included. The courier service will ship your order to the address you provide. It is extremely important that the information you give us is most accurate and complete. If there is a need for an address correction after your shipment has been sent you will be charged the additional fee our courier service charges us to make the correction. If a parcel is returned due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED FOR REFUSED/ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

 

RETURN POLICY

We are pleased to announce that we offer refunds and exchanges on our products. To make an exchange or for refunds, contact must be made within 3 working days. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and it is recommended that you return your unit or extensions with a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost returns. Once we have received the unit or hair extension we will inspect it thoroughly to make sure the returns requirements are met, then the exchange or refund process would begin immediately.

Please note that for all refunds, we would issue a full refund for the price of the unit and the refund issued would not include the prices paid for additional services.

For refunds applied in cases where there is no inaccuracy on our part but you just changed your mind on your order, we would issue a full refund as stated above but a 15% restocking fee would be deducted.

Orders returned for inaccuracy on the order placed would be looked into and amended accordingly and the exchange policy would be applied as deemed fit.
