All braided wig units are custom-made, hence please allow at least 1-2weeks to make your unit. Options for express orders are available.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and it is recommended that you return your unit or extensions with a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost returns. Once we have received the unit or hair extension we will inspect it thoroughly to make sure the returns requirements are met, then the exchange or refund process would begin immediately.
Please note that for all refunds, we would issue a full refund for the price of the unit and the refund issued would not include the prices paid for additional services such as shipping or customization.
For refunds applied in cases where there is no inaccuracy on our part but you just changed your mind on your order, we would issue a full refund as stated above but a 15% restocking fee would be deducted.
Orders returned for inaccuracy on the order placed would be looked into and amended accordingly and the exchange policy would be applied as deemed fit.

Best box braid wig ever
I had to tie it down for a couple days so it can lay a little more flat but by the time I customize the lace installed and styled it looks absolutely stunning

This is my 4th wig from this company. I am a loyal customer. I only get my braided wigs from Anne. I only wish I could have the same braider for every purchase. I have 2 micro twist wigs and 2 box braid wigs. Each style I have a favorite because yhe fit is perfect. This wig came much Fuller, too big and too heavy. I usually put in the notes that I am bald with my head measurements to prevent this from happening. But I know how to fix that. So make sure to take advantage of the notes section for the braided to customize your unit. Either way I still love this unit and can't wait to make it lighter so I can wear it.

Oh MY GOSH!!!!! This wig is so amazing, I purchased the full lace, waist length box braids and this wig is exactly like all the youtube videos said it was. I am so pleased I can’t wait to wear this as a protective style to give my natural hair a break sometimes. Its SO full! It actually looks as though I sat for 8hrs getting my hair braided and it cost way less than actually getting this done! Don’t hesitate you won’t regret getting this wig.
